One of our partners was previously specialising in shipping and maritime cases in a big firm for approximately 5 years, and was a Maritime & Transport Law Committee member in an international association, with wide range of knowledge on all aspects of shipping law, inclusive but not limited to, admiralty disputes, marine casualties, bills of lading, commercial disputes arising under shipping contracts. We arrest vessel and assist our clients in providing legal advice in managing the said vessel during the period of arrest, release vessel from arrest, obtaining security or evidence for our clients, freezing injunctions freight, demurrage, charter parties, ship sale agreements, freight forwarding matters, enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards.
With the connection that we have, we are also able to liaise with foreign shipping lawyers, and would be able to assist you to arrest vessels in other countries.
